All SMS designed and fabricated solutions are offered with a unique "no-risk" performance guarantee. This means that, in addition to our 1 year manufacturing warranty, our design is guaranteed to perform to the requirements and under conditions provided by the client at the time of manufacture. If the fabricated solution does not perform in accordance with the specified requirements, SMS will provide a full refund and retrieve the equipment at no cost to the customer.

Of course, there are certain limitations to the extent of our guarantee. For example, we do not, in any case, accept any liability beyond the value of the supplied system. Please contact us for complete information warranty information.

SMS is now a Valvcon Authorized Field Service Centers. SMS employs applications specialists, technical advisors and fully trained repair technicians. SMS technicians receive regularly scheduled training at the Valvcon manufacturing and service facility. As a committment to our customers, SMS maintains an inventory of Valvcon actuator products as well as a wide array of spare parts, upgrade options and accessories. Our relationship with Valvcon allows us to maintain close communication with Valvcon factory engineering, manufacturing, and service personnel regarding service situations and are constantly aware of all Valvcon product and procedure updates.

SMS LP Offering Fabrication Solutions

SMS, LP and HDB Ltd. are pleased to announce the formation of a joint marketing venture to serve the fabrication needs of the client base. SMS/HDB will be able to provide vessels and piping that meet ASME Code work based upon S, U, R, and National Board Certification stamps. Currently, SMS provides turn key LACT and GLCC skids as well as solutions unique to the end user.
